They enjoyed a country like setting for many years until one by one they built around them. As they built it eventually became that they were the lowese house on the block. The rear yard would have standing water during the spring and fall rains. We installed a drainage ditch from the rear yard to the front ditch to drain the water from the rear to the front and off away from the property.
