This rental unit just a block away from the hospital needed some curb appeal and a functional front porch. Prior to starting this project there was and exisiting porch however it had no rails and no curb apeal. It was more like a wooden patio.
We jazzed thing up a bit by placing 45 degree angles at all 4 corners and having the deck surface a different color than the rails and spindles. A central stair leading up from the sidewalk gave it an open and welcome feel.
The new tenants enjoy the new porch. Everytime I have drove by this summer they have been utilizing this new space.
The Dr. was so impressed he invited us to his own home to perform other work in his lower level.
