What a transformation this was! This old run down garage was in disrepair. Still in its original condition when built in the 60's this garage needed our help. The clients second concern was having an additional parking space for another vehicle.
We began by stripping the interior walls of its shelving and and other items added over the years. Once this was removed we could then replace all the rotted and damage wood and structure components.
To solve the clients second concern we removed the old single car OH door removed the load bearing header and install a new load bearing door header to accomodate a new 16' raised panel insulated OH door.
Once all concerns were dealt with and this garage was back to a healthy sound condition we could finally get to the new siding, OH door, soffit, facia, service door and automatic door opener.
The transformation was amazing and the client was so please has called us back numerous times!
