This homeowner had purchased the home just one year ago and decided that the current outdoor space was insufficient.  They were in need of a larger entertainment area and with no children at home they thought a pool would be a great feature to have and enjoy. 

 

The other detail that the homeowner wanted was an inground swimming pool however didnt want to have the budget to do so.  3 Group Corp assisted this client from planning and design to building and seeing the dream come true.

 

We created the appearance of an inground swimming pool with an above ground model saving the client thousands of dollars.  The next challenge was the client still wanted the pool at ground level but did not want a two tier deck.  They insisted everything be at one level.  We also created a solution to accomplish such a demand.

 

As if this wasnt enough they also wanted a two level trellis roof and to add a french door to access the deck from the dining area inside the home.

 

We are not done yet, the owner also wanted on the north side a privacy style railing but not lattice.  We came up with a custom designed and custom built on site privacy fence/rail to accomodate such a request.

 

After all the planning and design needs were met we can finally build.

 

The end result is this amazing outdoor space that the owner will enjoy for years to come!
