It was high but we got it done! A nice owner occupied 2 unit built in the late 19th century. It later had a rear porch addition my guess was in the 40's. It was time for an exterior facelift.
Prior to our start this home had fake brick asphalt siding and old wood windows that had been painted again and again and again......... They had been painted so many times the paint was so thick the windows no longer opened or operated.
We removed and replaced the old windows for new maintenance free (NO MORE PAINTING!), and also installed new maintenance free vinyl siding. In addition we wrapped the exterior doors in a white trim that made them "pop".
This new apperance make a world of difference on this old home.
